Daskalakis Aggelos was born in 1980 in Heraklion, Crete. He graduated from Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, of the school of Technology of Food and Nutrition at Alexander Technological Institute of Thessaloniki.

During his institutional practice, he took part in conducting the diet of patients as well as attending the procedure of HACCP at the General Hospital of Heraklion.
He has been a nutrition consultant since 2007 and he keeps his office in the town center . He is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dieticians-Nutritionists (EDDE) and he has participated voluntarily in surveys which have been organized by the Hellenic Medical Association for Obesity.
He often attends conferences which focus on diet, so as to accomplish a constant updating of how to deal with obesity and eating disorders in general.

In the past he cooperated with restaurants and elderly care centers. His task was to measure the calorie value of meals and at the same time to draw calorie charts of products.
In addition, he has been invited to perform public speeches at primary and secondary schools, sport teams and elderly people accommodated at care centers in Heraklion, Crete.
